I am not pleased with Aspen Dental on Plainfield Rd. I initially came in spoke with the dentist about my dental work, it was agreed that I would have some time to think about keeping my gap or closing it. Fast forward. same day the receptionist schedule my appointment a took FULL PAYMENT in advance I stated that I ONLY wanted to pay for my deep cleaning and my fillings. 2 weeks later at my appointment I’m getting my fillings done an I had been at the dentist from 9am until past 3:30pm smh for 3 feelings after I was done the dentist was asking me did I like it I was livid I left I didn’t ask to pay for my gap being l closed. I told the dentist that it was rough on the teeth an irritating called several times an was told give it time I called again 2 days later to notify them my tooth had chipped an looks horrible an they said they’d see me at the next visit called again a months later said they’d dentist no longer works there fast forward to today I’m at the appointment that was scheduled after I left my visit walked in an was told to pay $56 I said for what I prepaid my dental work that I was already billed $38 after I had already prepaid then she took off the fluoride treatment a

I recommend this clinic with my eyes closed everyone is very professional and friendly, from when you enter through reception to the last part that is the financial very well, the dentist and the one who did the ultrasound x-rays are super excellent I felt comfortable and I am satisfied with the attention, soon I will receive my full treatment

Soon as you walk in,stephanie the receptionist greets you with a smile! I have the best dental assistant Ellie too omg! She goes above and beyond and is SO sweet! She made me immediately feel welcomed and she is just the COOLEST! She always greets me with a smile! I am happy to say i got the coolest assistant ever 🥹 And I cant forget my doctor Reyne! 😭 He is so thourough with what he does and makes sure you feel confident with your smile and helps make you feel accepted as a patient. He is very kind and does everything to ensure the patient is comfortable. I am blessed to have found the best dental team i could have ever possibly ended up with! If youre wanting to fix your teeth,I highly recommend this place! It feels so good to finally smile! Thank you Ellie and Reyne for making me feel confident again!! 💗

Everyone here is awesome and I have never had anything but a great experience. Ellie helped me with a temp.drown and took the time to make sure I was happy with how my temp looked before she let me leave. Doc is always amazing and makes sure I am comfortable and everything is explained before he starts working. Carrie was amazing during my cleaning as well. We listened to great music and she explained what each step was going to be and made sure I wasn't in any pain. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. Truly amazing staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

I walked in for dental information. My questions were answered by receptionist. By the time I knew was going to have a appointment on the spot. Staff was wonderful. Meeting my new dentist Dr. Reyn he was franstick explaining everything about my teeth and asking what my needs were I was so excited. I have never felt so satisfied when hearing about my teeth. I then met Maor Khan operations manager. She was franstick helping me financially able to afford my dental procedures cost. I couldn't believe that I was finally going to be able to smile in pictures. I said to them to bring the cameras so I could be in a commercial for Aspeental in Joliet, IL. I can't wait to look at myself in the mirror and smile. Thank you so much for changing my life. You will always be my dental office. I would recommend to everyone.
